Marketing for telecoms resellers
You have a base built over years. Lines, calls, systems, some hosted, some not. You know exactly what it is worth and exactly which customers are at risk in January.
What the site says
The problem, specifically
What you probably do not have is a website that reflects any of it.
Walk through most reseller sites and you find the same things. Products being withdrawn, still front and centre. Manufacturer branding for systems nobody installs. A services list unchanged since the business changed.
Meanwhile the parts that actually grew, hosted voice, connectivity, mobile, maybe Microsoft 365 and security, are buried or missing.
Your customers know what you sell because you told them on the phone. Your prospects only know what the website says.
January 2027
The switch off is the opportunity, not just the deadline
If you still have customers on analogue or ISDN, January 2027 is a hard date and you already know it.
What most resellers have not done is put the message anywhere a customer can find it. It lives in phone calls and nowhere else, which means the customers you have not reached are searching for answers and finding a competitor.
It is also the best opening you will get. A conversation about replacing a line is a conversation about everything else the customer now needs, from someone they already trust. That is how a reseller becomes a technology partner in practice rather than on a slide.
What we do
-
Work out what the business actually is now, not what it was when the site was built
-
Say it in language a buyer recognises, written by people who know the difference between a wires-only circuit and a managed one
-
Build a site that is fast, findable and readable by AI systems, and that can grow as the business keeps changing
-
Switch off content aimed at your customers, on your site
-
Keep it moving: content, search, and outbound when you want conversations
The exit question
Most owners in this channel sell eventually. When they do, a buyer assesses recurring revenue, churn, contract quality, owner dependency, and how the business looks from outside.
A reseller with a line base and a technology partner with recurring contracts are valued differently, even at similar revenue. We have built, repositioned and sold businesses in this industry, so we know which of those a buyer actually pushes on.
